The Vinci Foundation for the City fights against exclusion and promotes solidarity by providing access to employment and supporting housing initiatives, in addition to creating a social link with underprivileged districts by supporting associations like AJE-Paris.

The Vinci Foundation for the City promotes the social and professional integration of young people. The partnership between the Fondation Vinci pour la Cité and AJE-Paris is led by Doua Dembélé, our sponsor, a work-study engineering student at Neom-Groupe Vinci and a member of the association's Youth Council.
