Organization of global support
1. Individual support within multidisciplinary and intergenerational groups for the implementation of his study project, then his professional project, until integration into a company.
Each young person will work personally among the others, accompanied by the speakers and permanent staff. The follow-up is personalized and taking into account the orientation of each one is essential. Each young person has a file in which, at the end of the session, the work done or the action carried out is indicated and, if necessary, a pedagogical indication is given. Thus the personal interest, contributing to the definition and the implementation of the training project, even of the professional project, is privileged.
2. Commitment
Each young person agrees to attend the association, at least:
1 time 2 consecutive hours per week for high school students.
Each session must be the subject of a prior appointment and the agreed time must imperatively be respected, otherwise admission to the shop may be refused.
The young person undertakes to adopt a respectful attitude towards others and solidarity in the desire for training and progress, not disturbing the smooth running of the sessions. Cell phone use is only permitted for educational purposes.
Any breach of these rules may result in temporary or even permanent exclusion from the association.
3. The signing of the Agreement includes the possibility of participating in the workshops and events offered by the association, according to the terms specific to each.
Course of a workshop
After a reminder has been sent out to the participants in the morning or the day before, 10 minutes before the start of the workshop, a member of the team checks that all the participants are present. If this is not the case, the staff member calls the young person or family back.
The group meets, and the workshop can begin, under the guidance of a volunteer who has previously communicated his availability and his areas of intervention.
Each of the group learns the codes of working together and adopts an attitude of co-construction, each young person has a file in which, at the end of the session, the work carried out is indicated and, if necessary, a pedagogical indication is given. This makes it possible to take stock of the situation with the family and the young.
