Ecotable is an organization that allows restaurants to learn about eco-responsible practices, such  as the recovery of food waste.

With Les Frigos Solidaires, Écotable allows AJE-Paris to revalorize food and to act against waste.

The actions carried out, made possible by Écotable, not only allow our young people to learn how to live sustainably, but they also help the most vulnerable families, by giving them access to a varied and seasonal diet.
